Inclusive Innovation Isn’t a Trend. It’s the Engine of the Next Economy As Tech Nation’s Creo 25 is Launched

LONDON – September 22, 2025

When I see Tech Nation launching Creo 2025,  the UK’s first springboard for disabled and neurodiverse founders. I can’t help but smile. Because this is exactly the kind of movement we’ve been pinoneering at She’s In Business for years: innovation built from lived experience, powered by inclusion, and driven by women who refuse to be boxed in.

As a neurodiverse entrepreneur myself, I know the barriers all too well. That’s why, inside our Triple-Accredited MBA and startup pathways, we’ve embedded a wrap-around model that goes beyond education. From the moment women enroll, they receive cognitive and support needs assessments to make sure the way they learn, build, and lead works for them.

Over half of our cohorts are neurodiverse and instead of treating that as a challenge, we treat it as the superpower it is. That’s why our incubator containers are designed not just to “teach,” but to promote innovation, live business building, and hands-on consulting. Because women don’t need another lecture. They need frameworks that adapt to them, not the other way around.

So seeing Creo step forward with a dedicated accelerator for disabled and neurodiverse founders? That’s progress worth celebrating.

Empowered or Exploited? The Dark Side of Women’s Business Events

Why this matters

Too many startup programmes are designed for one kind of founder: neurotypical, resourced, and already “networked in.” But the reality is, the biggest innovations come from people who’ve had to design solutions to move through their own daily lives.

That’s the heartbeat of She’s In Business, and it’s the ethos Creo is now amplifying:
Founders with lived experience designing real-world solutions.
Wrap-around support that addresses accessibility head-on.
A recognition that innovation isn’t just tech, it’s systems, services, and ideas that remove barriers.

Leading the wave

At She’s In Business, we’ve always believed inclusion isn’t an “add-on”, it’s the foundation. Our women-led cohorts have proven that when you create safe, structured, and adaptive environments, you don’t just graduate entrepreneurs. You launch leaders.

That’s why seeing Creo 2025 shine a light on 16 extraordinary startups is more than inspiring. It’s validation. It tells the world what we’ve always known: inclusive innovation is the future of business.

So here’s my message to the Creo founders: well done. You’re not just building companies, you’re dismantling the old startup methods and proving there’s another way.

Together, by championing neurodiversity, accessibility, and inclusion, we’re not just creating wealth. We’re reshaping economies. And that’s exactly the kind of legacy we came here to build.
