She's In Business was founded by Dr Stephanie Wilson to bridge the gap between traditional education and real world implementation. Our triple accredited MBA programmes and certified business training pathways are uniquely designed for women, honouring the strengths, passions and lived experiences that traditional models have often overlooked.
Through the She's In Business Trust, we are challenging the economic systems that have undervalued women's work for centuries, transforming women's natural talents, unpaid labour and entrepreneurial spirit into recognised, rewarded economic assets. Dr Stephanie Wilson
Founder and President, She's In Business Global C.I.C.
Born out of the global lockdown in 2020, She's In Business began as a dynamic consultancy under the leadership of Dr Stephanie Wilson, a neurodiverse founder with a background in accounting, law and business strategy. Seeing women driven to entrepreneurship by inflexible job markets and undervalued for their natural talents, Stephanie envisioned more than just business advice. She built a movement.
Over the next three years, that consultancy transformed into a global platform, delivering education, coaching and community to over 14,000 female entrepreneurs across the world. In 2024, She's In Business transitioned into a nonprofit university and secured status as a UK Government recognised learning provider, a milestone that solidified its commitment to economic equality for women through accredited, action based business education.
Stephanie is a passionate advocate for economic equality and feminine leadership, and has been featured on ITV, BBC, Global Women and Forbes. She leads She's In Business, and the She's In Business Trust, from Lincolnshire.
