Dr Stephanie Wilson
We don't just teach entrepreneurship. We help women build real, profitable businesses in real time.
Stephanie founded She's In Business in 2020, born in lockdown and built out of necessity. It has grown into a UK Government-recognised Community Interest Company with one purpose: to improve the economic position of women globally.
She holds a doctorate in business, with research into neurodivergent traits and entrepreneurial success, alongside degrees in law and in accounting and business. She did not build this programme to hand you a qualification. She built it to give you an economic engine.

Common questions.
I don't have much time. Can I still do this?
Yes. Most of our women have jobs, families and a hundred other responsibilities. You do not need to attend every session. Choose the Labs that fit your week, work through the modules at your own pace, and take Week 7 of every cycle off.
What if I get stuck or fall behind?
That is exactly what the support is for. There is a live Lab or Hub every weekday, a 24-hour coaching portal, and a 1-to-1 Cycle Reset every eight weeks. Sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours.
I've done courses before and they didn't work. Why is this different?
Because you build inside the programme, not after it. Every module has an implementation step, and you bring it to a live Lab where an expert works on it with you.
Do I need an existing business?
No. You can join with an idea or with a business that is already trading. No degree or prior qualification is needed.
Is the programme accredited?
She's In Business is a UK Government-recognised learning provider (UKPRN 10097744) and a CPD accredited provider (#783171). Expert to CEO is assessed through end-of-module quizzes and reflective practice.
How is this different from the Expert to CEO® MBA?
Both use the same Signature System and the same live support. The MBA adds a full academic pathway, with written module reports, a capstone business plan and a Level 4 Coaching Certificate. Compare the programmes.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes. The programme is fully online and our members join from more than 40 countries, with Labs running at several times of day.
