The Expert to CEO® MBA.
Traditional MBAs send you home with a certificate and wish you luck. This one sends you home with a business. The Expert to CEO foundation, an MBA and a Level 4 Coaching Certificate, delivered as one integrated 12 to 15 month journey.
No prior degree required. You are assessed on business application and strategic thinking, not on the qualifications you already hold.

Do I need a degree to apply?
No. None of our programmes require a prior degree. You are assessed on business application and strategic thinking.
Which programme should I start with?
Most women begin with Expert to CEO. If you want academic credentials as well, the MBA includes everything in Expert to CEO. An adviser can help you decide.
How are the programmes assessed?
Expert to CEO uses end-of-module quizzes and reflective practice. Level 4 Coaching adds coaching practice hours. The MBA adds six written module reports and a capstone business plan, with feedback within 14 working days.
When can I start?
Intake is rolling, so you can join at any point in the year and step straight into a live, active cohort.
Can I study from outside the UK?
Yes. All programmes are fully online, with live sessions at several times of day for different time zones. Our students are in more than 40 countries.
What support is there for neurodivergent learners and carers?
We are a neuro-affirming organisation. Sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours, and reasonable adjustments can be requested at any time.
