From the founder

Why we built this place.

Hello lovely,

I built this because I lived the problem first. I had a head full of expertise and a heart full of ambition, and I could not find a single education provider that took women like me seriously without forcing us into a corporate mould we never belonged to.

So we built the one that was missing. A real, accredited education ecosystem, run by women, with no corner cut on academic rigour and none cut on human kindness either.

Fourteen thousand women across forty countries have studied with us since. Many arrived having been failed somewhere else first. Every one of them mattered, and every one of them moved.

Whatever you have tried before, and whatever you have been told about yourself, you are taken seriously here.

Our methodology

The Expert to CEO® system.

Every programme runs on the same framework, refined over five years and across 14,000 students. Three stages, taken in order, with nothing missed.

I

Define

The strategic foundation

Clarity on who you serve, what you sell and how it is positioned. Get the foundation right and everything after it works harder.

  • Niche and ideal client
  • Premium offer design
  • Brand positioning and authority
II

Demand

The visibility engine

Content, marketing and sales systems that create consistent demand, without burning out or performing a version of yourself.

  • Content and thought leadership
  • Sales psychology and conversion
  • Client acquisition architecture
III

Drive

The scalable engine

Operations, finance and leadership systems that turn a business into a company you run, rather than a job you cannot leave.

  • Pricing strategy and margin
  • Operations and team building
  • Scaling and legacy planning

Academic support

How you are supported.

Teaching is delivered live and continuously, not as a library of recordings.

Daily implementation labs

Live sessions every weekday, morning and evening, across time zones. Academic staff work on your business with you.

24-hour coaching portal

Direct access to the academic team for questions that fall outside scheduled sessions. Answered by staff, not automated.

Weekly support hubs

Academic, SEN and wellbeing support held weekly and recorded for every time zone.

Eight-week study cycles

Every seventh week is a scheduled pause for integration and catch-up, designed around students with families and employment.

How we differ

Not every business education is comparable.

Most women arrive here having tried something else first. This is what separates an accredited programme from the alternatives.

MLMs and franchises
  • Structured around the company's growth
  • Income depends on recruitment
  • No qualification awarded
  • The product is rarely your own
Generic online courses
  • Pre-recorded, studied alone
  • No academic support
  • Certificates without recognition
  • Community activity falls away quickly
Traditional MBAs
  • Prior degree required to apply
  • Designed for corporate progression
  • Case studies rather than your business
  • No funding route for most applicants
She's In Business
  • Built around your business, not a fixed curriculum
  • Live teaching every weekday
  • An accredited qualification on completion
  • Triple-accredited, internationally recognised
  • Scholarship funding up to 81%
  • No prior degree required
