The Expert To CEO Programs runs in 8-week cycles. This isn’t arbitrary, it’s the rhythm we’ve found that lets ambitious women build a business without destroying their lives. You can join at any point in the year.
Study & Implementation Weeks
Work through on-demand modules at your own pace. Attend weekly Implementation Labs where you apply what you’ve just learned to your actual business, not a fictional case study. Multiple time slots every week so no one misses out because of time zones or childcare.
Closure Holiday
A scheduled week off. No sessions. No pressure. No guilt. This is built into the programme design, not a gap we fill with optional extras. Rest is part of building a sustainable business. We mean that.
Focus Week – Your Reset
A live intensive for the whole cohort. You consolidate learning, celebrate progress, and on Day 5 you book a 1-to-1 Cycle Reset with a She’s In Business team member. They review your progress, work through blockers, and update your personal roadmap for the next cycle.
Always-On Support
24-hour coaching portal. She’s In Business AI assistant trained on all course content. Direct access to academic coaches and community team. The answer to “what if I get stuck?” is: you won’t be stuck for long. The support is built around that exact fear.

Do I need a degree to apply?
No prior degree is required. This programme is assessed on business application and strategic thinking, not on what qualifications you already hold. Women at every academic level have completed this and graduated with internationally recognised credentials. If you have the expertise and the commitment, that’s what we’re looking for.

How much does it actually cost?
Scholarship funding of up to 81% is available based on merit and financial assessment, assessed individually at application. That means the cost of the programme is discussed during your enquiry call, alongside what funding you may be eligible for. The call is free, there’s no obligation, and we won’t pressure you. It’s a real conversation about whether this is right for you and what it would cost.
I have kids / a job / health issues. Will I be able to keep up?
The programme is designed around real women’s lives — not the idealised student who has eight hours a day free for study. Every session is recorded. Labs run across multiple time zones. Reasonable adjustments are available. Week 7 of every cycle is a scheduled rest week — no sessions, no pressure, no guilt. We’ve had single mothers, carers, women with chronic illness, and women in full-time employment all complete this programme.
Is the qualification actually recognised?
Yes. The Expert to CEO® MBA is awarded by Singapore Business School and validated by the American Business Association, European Society of MBAs, and International Association of Business Schools. The Level 4 Coaching Certificate is internationally accredited. She’s In Business is a UK Government-recognised learning provider (UKPRN: 10097744, verifiable at ukrlp.co.uk). These are real credentials, not certificates of participation.
