Rebecca is the founder of Eclipse Wellness Coaching, based in Biggleswade. She lives with a chronic illness herself and shares her story openly, so she knows what it is like to hold down a role while your body has other plans.
She works with professionals facing a new or existing diagnosis who are worried about burning out, going off sick or losing the career they have built. Together they plan work around energy and capacity, prepare for conversations about adjustments, and rebuild confidence.
She also works with the organisations that want to keep them. When a valued team member is diagnosed, managers and HR teams often don't know what to do. Rebecca helps them support that person well, so fewer people are lost to long-term sick leave.
Her message hasn't changed: your illness does not define your potential. Through the Expert to CEO® MBA she is building Eclipse Wellness Coaching into a service for both professionals and employers.
