Expert to CEO® candidate · 2026
Hannah Young
Wellbeing coach for women in education
Hannah works with teachers, pastoral and support staff who are running on empty. She helps them create breathing room, rebuild their resilience and get clear on what they really want next.

How Hannah helps
Capacity, resilience and clarity
Capacity
Creating breathing room, so women in schools are no longer living in survival mode from one weekend to the next.
Resilience
Rebuilding resilience and working through the patterns that keep them stuck, from people-pleasing to blurred boundaries.
Clarity
Getting clear on what they actually want, whether that is staying in education with better balance or leaving to build something new.
Candidate portfolio
From the classroom to coaching
Hannah spent over a decade working in schools in the UK and abroad, first as a secondary English teacher and then in pastoral support. She knows what it is like to love the job and still feel it is taking everything you have.
For years she walked the line between just about coping and burnout, until one morning her body said a very clear no. Finding a life coach of her own was the turning point. It started a long self-development journey and led to her work today as an accredited practitioner coach.
Her approach combines coaching with an understanding of the nervous system. She starts with the practical steps that create capacity, then goes deeper into the patterns underneath, so clarity can emerge. Hannah coaches in person in Leeds and online via Zoom.
She joined Expert to CEO® in 2026 to grow Hannah Young Coaching and reach more women in education who need that space.
