Come home to yourself
Beth Helbrow is the woman behind Sacred Reclamation, based in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset. Her work rests on a simple belief: every woman deserves to know who she is beyond the roles she fulfils and the expectations she carries, and her own wellbeing, dreams and boundaries matter too.
She arrived here the long way round. After more than seventeen years building a successful career in higher education, Beth realised she was measuring her worth by what she could achieve and give, until her health made it impossible to carry on that way. Learning to listen to herself again, while caring for family and running a business, became the foundation of Sacred Reclamation.
Beth is a qualified and accredited Spiritual Empowerment Coach and Life Coach. She studied Goddess-centred astrology through the Silver Spiral and dedicated as a Priestess of the Stars at the Goddess Temple in Glastonbury. Her coaching earned the South West England Prestige Award for Best Spiritual Life Coach in both 2023/24 and 2024/25. She also writes the weekly Sacred Whispers letter and has launched the Coming Home to Her podcast.
She joined Expert to CEO® in 2026 to rebuild her business from the foundations up, so she can share her work simply and reach more of the women, and organisations, it can help.
