Join the 5 Live Sessions
One hour each evening, 7:00 to 8:00pm UK. Taught live by Dr Stephanie Wilson, an Accredited Fellow Coach and Mentor. You will need a Zoom-ready device, your camera and mic, and the downloadable workbook we will send you on enrolment.
Complete Two Short Assessments
An observed practical skills demonstration, plus a written response. Both are designed to be completed within the 5 days, alongside the live sessions. You are not alone, your tutor is on hand the whole way through.
Receive Your Accredited Certification
On successful completion, you receive your digital CPD-accredited Level One Coach certificate, internationally recognised, verifiable, and yours for life. The qualification that opens the next door, whether that door is your community, your family, or a paid coaching practice.

Dr Stephanie Wilson is the founder of She's In Business and the lead trainer for the Level One Coaching Intensive. She has personally trained over 1,655 women through this exact programme, and holds the most senior coaching designations available from the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring.
Accredited Fellow Coach (AFC)
The most senior individual coaching designation awarded by the IAPC&M. Awarded only after rigorous assessment of knowledge, skills, and demonstrated practice.
Accredited Fellow Mentor (AFM)
The senior mentor designation. The qualification to train, supervise, and accredit other coaches — the same body that accredits coaches and mentors globally since 1998.
Level 3 Award in Education & Training
Qualified educator with formal teaching credentials. The course is delivered with the structure, pace, and assessment design of accredited adult education, not online webinar fluff.
This is the level of trainer most coaching schools charge thousands to learn from. On a funded place, you train with her directly, in a live cohort, for 5 evenings, at no cost.

Funded places are capped at the size of a real live cohort, not unlimited. Once the spaces are filled, the doors close until the next intake. There is no waitlist trick, no fake urgency, no countdown clock. There is just one number of seats, and they go in the order they are claimed.
If you cannot make every live session, we have a VIP upgrade option that solves that. The funded route is for women who can attend live.

Yes. There is no catch. She's In Business is a UK-registered not-for-profit Community Interest Company. We reinvest surpluses from our paid qualifications into funded places at Level One. The mission is to put basic coaching skills in the hands of every woman who wants them. Funded places cover the live training, assessments, digital certificate, and workbook. No payment details are required.
The funded route is designed for women who can attend live across the 5 evenings. If you cannot, you can choose the VIP upgrade at £59, which includes the full replay, a private assessment slot, a 1-to-1 tutor call to prepare you for your assessments, and a printed certificate posted to you.

This is a CPD-accredited Level One Coaching qualification, internationally recognised, awarded by She's In Business as a UK Government-recognised learning provider (UKPRN 10097744, verifiable at ukrlp.co.uk). The lead trainer is Dr Stephanie Wilson, an Accredited Fellow Coach and Fellow Mentor with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring. This is a real credential, not a participation certificate.
No, not at all. Many women take this qualification to use the skills with their families, in their parenting, in their friendships, or in their existing professional roles. If you later decide to coach paid clients, our Level 4 Coaching qualification is the natural next step. But you are under no obligation. Free is free.
Two short assessments, completed within the 5-day live cohort: a practical (an observed coaching skills demonstration) and a written response. Both are designed to be achievable for someone completely new to coaching. Your tutor is on hand throughout. The assessments are part of the live experience, not homework piled on after.
All passing learners receive a digital CPD-accredited certificate by email within 7 days of completing both assessments. A printed certificate posted to you is included in the VIP upgrade (£59), alongside the replay, private assessment slot, and 1-to-1 tutor call.
Honest answer: this is genuinely a free certification and you will get a real, accredited qualification from it, full stop. And She's In Business does offer paid qualifications — the Level 4 Coaching Certificate and the Expert to CEO® MBA — for women who decide they want to go further. You will be invited to learn about Level 4 if you complete this, but you are never under pressure to take it. Most learners do not, and we still consider the work done.
Zoom (latest version, free download), a stable internet connection, a camera and microphone (laptop or phone is fine), and the downloadable workbook that we will email you on enrolment. No specialist software, no paid platforms, no app downloads beyond Zoom.
Yes. Sessions run at 7:00 to 8:00pm UK time, Monday 6th to Friday 10th July 2026. You can check your local equivalent at timeanddate.com. All sessions are recorded. The VIP option includes a private assessment slot scheduled in your time zone, which suits learners where 7 to 8pm UK is impractical to attend live.
Demand for funded places exceeded our capacity for the June cohort. Rather than turn women away or run an underfunded cohort, we made the decision to push the start date back by four weeks so we could open additional funded spaces. The July cohort, Monday 6th to Friday 10th July, will run with a full, properly resourced cohort. Every woman who registered for June has been contacted and their place has been held for July.
