Mag. Katharina Lustig is co-founder of Holistic Family Solution, which she runs with Sabrina Frenzel-Kröpfl. Both came through high-conflict separation themselves. After facing toxic dynamics, endless legal jargon and the emotional toll of high-conflict parenting, they studied the process, lived it and turned it into step-by-step tools, so no other mother has to walk that path alone.

Katharina holds the emotional core of the work. A communication specialist with a trauma-informed approach, she helps mothers steady themselves, communicate with calm authority and de-escalate conflict before it spirals, always with their child's wellbeing at the centre.

Alongside her work with mothers, she trains teachers, school counsellors, social workers and HR teams in conflict-sensitive communication and de-escalation. She is an accredited coach and an appointed lecturer at the state-recognised PPH, and works in German and English, online and in person.

Through the Expert to CEO® MBA, Katharina is helping build Holistic Family Solution into a movement that reaches more families across the German-speaking world.
