Sabrina Frenzel-Kröpfl is co-founder of Holistic Family Solution, which she runs with communication specialist Katharina Lustig. Both came through high-conflict separation themselves. After facing toxic dynamics, endless legal jargon and the emotional toll of high-conflict parenting, they studied the process, lived it and turned it into step-by-step tools, so no other mother has to walk that path alone.

Sabrina brings the legal precision. With a master's in law (LLM), she turns dense legal language into clear strategy and court-ready documentation, so women always understand their position and their options. She focuses on structure, strategy and documentation rather than legal representation, helping mothers work effectively alongside their lawyers and the authorities.

Alongside supporting women and their families, Sabrina trains teachers, school counsellors, social workers and HR teams to recognise the signs of high-conflict separation, and campaigns for change in law, policy and public attitudes. Her work has featured on Puls 4, ATV, Puls 24 and heute.at, and she works in German and English, online and in person.

Sabrina is an accredited coach and an appointed lecturer at the state-recognised PPH, and her methods are underpinned by ongoing MBA research. Her mission is simple: every emotionally grounded child has a powerful mother living in inner peace.
