Sarah Cuda is the founder of Empowered Era Group. She works with creative women in business who know they are capable of more, yet still find themselves questioning their decisions, holding back or feeling disconnected from who they are.
Her understanding of people comes from decades of working closely with them. Years as a hairstylist, salon owner and bartender put her in constant conversation with people navigating identity, confidence, relationships and major life changes. Those conversations showed her how much self-trust, integrity and personal authority shape the decisions people make and the lives they lead.
Most approaches teach confidence from the outside. Sarah starts with what happens internally. A woman who trusts her own instincts thinks more clearly, speaks more directly and makes decisions without constantly second-guessing herself, and Sarah's work rebuilds that trust from within.
