Debra is a qualified coach and the founder of Simply Evolved and Simply Communities. She has nearly three decades of experience across health, social care and community leadership.
She works with mid-career women who are navigating change and ready to step into greater leadership: experienced professionals, emerging leaders, founders and women in health and social care. Her Simply Elevate programme and her 7-Step Self-Leadership Framework help them strengthen their self-leadership, confidence and visibility.
Her approach is identity-led. It recognises that women's leadership is shaped by culture, background and the barriers they meet, not only by confidence, and makes room to explore those realities without assumption.
She is an accredited Level 3 coach, a qualified educator in the lifelong learning sector and a qualified community advocate. Through the Expert to CEO® MBA she is growing Simply Evolved so more women can progress towards the leadership they are capable of.
