It’s official! She’s In Business is global accredited university (wild, right?), to make our mission for economic equality across the world for women through entrepreneurship, we transitioned into a nonprofit trust. We’re building something big... so now we’re looking for a few powerhouse women (and allies) to join our very first Board of Trustees.

The She's In Business Mission
She’s In Business delivers practical, done with you business education that helps women build wealth, not just make ends meet. From our triple-accredited MBA to global training programs, we’re changing the rules and rewriting what leadership looks like.
Now we need a Board that reflects our mission of Building Women Led Legacies, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
What You’ll Actually Do
Help shape the big-picture strategy (not just tick boxes)
Keep us legally sound + aligned as a UK-recognised provider
Be a voice for women in leadership and economic equity
Review budgets, funding and help us spend smart
Help grow our MBA and training programs globally
Bring in partnerships, ideas, and energy
Mentor, guide, and uplift our leadership team
Who We’re Looking For
You care deeply about women’s economic freedom
You’ve got experience in something like strategy, finance, education, or building big visions
You’re not afraid to speak up and represent a mission you believe in
You value integrity, boldness, and feminine leadership
Industry: Business Education / Coaching
Type: Volunteer board role (meetings 4x/year + strategic input)
