Born out of the global lockdown in 2020, She’s In Business began as a dynamic consultancy under the leadership of Dr. Stephanie Wilson—a neurodiverse founder with a background in accounting, law, and business strategy. Seeing women driven to entrepreneurship by inflexible job markets and undervalued for their natural talents, Stephanie envisioned more than just business advice. She built a movement. Over the next three years, this consultancy transformed into a global platform, delivering education, coaching, and community to over 14,000 female entrepreneurs across the world. Each program was designed to help women transform their skills, traumas, and passions into thriving, sustainable businesses — reclaiming their value in the global economy.
2024–Present
Becoming a University and Recognized Learning Provider
In 2024, She’s In Business transitioned into a nonprofit university and secured status as a UK government-recognized learning provider. This milestone solidified its commitment to economic equality for women by offering accredited, action-based business education that is both accessible and transformative. With its triple-accredited Expert to CEO MBA and fully funded programs, She’s In Business became more than an educational institution — it became a catalyst for systemic change, ensuring women’s skills, stories, and leadership are recognized and valued as economic assets on a global scale.
